I am a tinkerer: Rolf Hut @ TEDxDelft

Rolf Hut wants to inspire his students to tinker, so when he recognized the need for accurate rain measurements in rural Africa, he told them to go build a rain gauge. Rolf literally makes it rain onstage to prove how well this cheap and durable rain gauge works — and calls on all of us to tinker our way through some of the world’s biggest problems.
