TEDx organizer question: What does City 2.0 mean to you and your community?

TEDxSuzhou: I don't know what City2.0 means to me, but the TEDxCity2.0 event is an excuse for me and our community...
It is an excuse for me to visit people who are passionate, innovative, inspired, and hard-working in cities.
It is an excuse for people to piece together and exchange ideas, and make actions for cities.
It is an excuse for cities to have a breath, and figure out what cities come from and where to go in the future.
I leave a question for TEDxCity2.0 day organizers: Do we build City2.0, or does City2.0 build us?
