A journey from Afghanistan: Abbas Nazari
“This is my Afghanistan. This is what comes into my mind every time I think of home.”
A part of an ethnic minority in Afghanistan when the Taliban took over, Abbas Nazari’s family fled when he was just seven years old. He recounts their harrowing journey and reminds us all of the courage it takes to find a new home in a foreign country. (Filmed at TEDxEQChCh.)
